Exchange Policy

Markhor Wear gives you the benefit of the exchange policy for being our valued consumer. We gladly carry on with the exchange procedure when certain conditions are sustained. However, we only exercise the exchange policy within 30 days of the product delivery. Contact us before that.

The Exchange Conditions:

  • Unworn
  • Unused
  • Unbroken along with fixed labels (if included at the time of shipping)

We will gladly continue with the exchange policy when the product is undamaged and meets those listed standards. Although some of our products are non-exchangeable, know about those products in the ‘Non-Exchangeable Products’ subheading below.  

Note – exchange shipment will cost you an extra $24.99, depending on the product weight. 

How To Exchange an Item?

To continue with the exchange process, email us – mentioning your order number and product details along with the substitute product information. In addition, we would appreciate you mentioning your unsatisfactory reasons for the exchange (we need that information to improve).

Upon the product delivery to us, our team will inspect the product and inform you about the further proceedings. Product shipping fares are paid by the consumers unless an incorrect/damaged product is delivered from our side. Yes. In the event of incorrect/damaged product delivery, we’ll take care of all the shipment fares.
