Return & Refund Policy

We make sure a risk-free guarantee to attain satisfactory emotions of our valued customers. Markhor Wear will happily accept any unworn, unused, and whole products along with their labels (if included at the time of shipping) within 30 days of delivery.

It’s vital to minimize shortfalls for us too. That is why Markhor Wear applies no refund policy for damaged or used products since those damaged products have nominal values. And it is highly unethical to resell those products. Therefore, no refunds on such proceedings. To maintain high credibility for our valued customers, we cannot accept damaged/used products.

Although in the event of wrong/damaged product delivery, we will ensure free shipment of the product. Also, consider shipping insurance, as we won’t entertain upon courier loss/damage.

To continue with the return process, email us – mentioning your order number and product details along with your unsatisfactory reasons. Upon the product delivery to us, our team will inspect the product, and within 72 hours consumer shall be refunded. Return or refund of the product shipping fares are paid by the consumers unless incorrect/wrong product is delivered from our side.

Be aware:

  • A 30% restocking fee is applied if the product is in first-class condition within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • A 50% restocking fee is applied when the product is even slightly used along with removed tags (if included at the time of transport) since we cannot resell the product.
