Return Refund Policy

Users could request a refund if the product is damage or if they receive the wrong product but they have to reach us within (30) thirty days after shipment. Contact customer service to ask for a refund within this timeframe. Please be sure that you have to approach us before returning; else, the refund will be forfeited. Users could either ask for a refund or even request a switch. Affectionate or sanitary products, dangerous chemicals, or intoxicants or chemicals are the products prohibited for returns.

We would send you an email as early as your product is arrived and examined to inform you that we would get your returning object. Your reimbursement would be approved, or payment will be spontaneously added to your credit card or the initial form of payment over a certain number of working days.

When you've not got a refund yet, you must start by verifying your bank account. Until the reimbursement is actually announced, it will take a little time. Please feel free to get in touch with your credit card provider.

Where you're from, the time it would take for the shared item to hit you can vary.

That is suggested whether you are delivering a product above $75, you must think to use a searchable delivery company or obtaining shipping insurance. We do not promise that we'll be provided the returned product.
