Return Guidelines

If you didn’t get the items as you expected and desired, you can return them to Markhowear within 30 days of delivery. Customers are obliged to follow the guidelines given below for returning their defective items:

The products that you want to return should be packed in their original sealed packages. Make sure to include the packing slip along with the returned products. The returned goods should be in impeccable condition – free of wrinkles, unused, and undamaged. If you receive a damaged item from our end, immediately contact us at support@markhorwear.com 

Dispatch the returned items to the address provided below, and do not forget to include the order slip with the items being returned.

To facilitate an accurate return process, ensure the correct Return Tracking Number that the courier gave you is documented in the Return Form given below:

         Return Sales Policy

  • Customers have to pay the shipping cost for their returned items. We don’t give refunds for shipping and handling costs also customers have to pay 30% re-stocking fee. Cash on delivery (COD) is also not accepted.

 

  • Customized items are only eligible for return solely for alterations. In contrast, regular products cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
  • Once we receive your returned jackets, our procurement team will review them and they will get back to you within 72 hours. You'll receive an email verification that the return procedure has been completed. If your refund is accepted it will be processed in seven days. In case of disapproval, it will take an additional two to ten business days to transfer the credit to your account. The credit transfer also depends on the financial institution.
